No Refund Policy All payments made for consultations, sessions, or programs are non-refundable. Once a booking or enrollment is confirmed, refunds will not be provided under any circumstances. Program Commitment Our services involve advance preparation, time allocation, and personalized emotional work. By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to fully commit to the process. Session Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to reschedule a session, prior notice must be given at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions or last-minute cancellations are considered forfeited and will not be refunded or rescheduled. In case of genuine emergencies, rescheduling may be considered at our sole discretion. Payment Processing All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Solanki does not store or have access to your full payment details. Program Discontinuation If you choose to discontinue a program after enrollment, no refunds or partial refunds will be issued.
